Affordable Dentist

I will be in England this summer, unfortunately, I come to a moment that I needed a root canal treatment. I live in the U.S. and I've tried three times! Part of my tooth chipped off and the nerve is exposed. So they inject INSIDE raw nerve when they try to do this, the pain is unbearable! I have a child and it's worse than that. Especially drill. I've been told I have to be put to sleep (sleep). I do not know how much something would cost or how good a dentist in an area I'm unfamiliar with search.
